2. Products & Orders
- All products are custom-made to order and may require 2-4 weeks for production
- Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
- We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason
- Product colours may vary slightly from images shown on screen
3. Custom Designs
For custom design orders:
- You must provide all logos and artwork in high resolution format
- You confirm you have the rights to use all provided artwork and logos
- We are not responsible for copyright infringement from customer-provided designs
- Minor variations in printing and colours may occur
4. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products:
- Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty
- Standard items may be returned within 14 days in original condition
- Faulty items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion
- Contact our team within 7 days of receiving faulty goods
5. Shipping
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to carrier
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Tradexco and protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradexco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or services.
