Please read our returns policy carefully. All TradexCo products are custom-made to order.
All TradexCo products are custom-designed and manufactured to your exact specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any custom-made items. This includes all team uniforms, club merchandise, playing kits, training wear, and any other personalised products.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing selected by the customer, or dissatisfaction with colour variations that fall within normal manufacturing tolerances. Please ensure you consult our size guide and confirm all design details before placing your order.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect or fault, please contact us to discuss within 7 days of receiving your order. All claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We may request photos or the return of the item for inspection before determining the appropriate resolution.
If we have made an error with your order (wrong product, incorrect printing, etc.), please contact us to discuss as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include reprinting or replacing the affected items at no additional cost.
Pre-order items and sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances. By placing a pre-order or purchasing a sale item, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event that a replacement is issued for a faulty product, TradexCo will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to the remedies available under the law.
