Everything you need to know about how we deliver your custom sportswear across Australia.

1. Delivery Timeframes

All TradexCo products are custom-made to order. Please allow the following timeframes from order confirmation:

  • Standard orders: 2–4 weeks production + shipping
  • Express/rush orders: Contact us to discuss availability and pricing
  • Re-orders of existing designs: 1–3 weeks production + shipping
  • Standard shipping delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch (metro areas)
  • Regional & remote areas: 5–10 business days after dispatch

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size:

  • Standard shipping: From $9.00 AUD for individual orders
  • Bulk club orders: Shipping quoted at the time of order
  • Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check at checkout
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use trusted Australian shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely:

  • Australia Post and/or StarTrack for domestic deliveries
  • Tracking information is provided via email once your order is dispatched
  • Signature on delivery may be required for higher-value orders

4. Delivery Area

We deliver to all addresses within Australia, including PO Boxes and parcel lockers. For international shipping enquiries, please contact our team directly.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.

6. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible:

  • Missing or lost parcels: Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
  • Damaged parcels: Photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Incorrect address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — re-delivery fees may apply for returned parcels
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve any delivery issues promptly
